Unfortunately, at the shareholders meeting held on (07/07/2010) it was elected that Harrison-Croft Limited cease trading and proceed with Voluntary liquidation arrangements.
This action is as a direct result of a decline in U.K. based companies contracting design and development works due to the recession, turnover has steadily declined over the last two years to a point where it is no longer viable to cover overheads.
